Philosophy
Quality Japanese produce you can trust. We aim to produce vegetables that we would want to serve our own children, and thus we deliver only the highest quality, carefully selected organic produce. Most of our produce is cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. As herbicides are not used during the cultivation process, the weed removal process is carried out manually.
